To Activate Account Set-Up:

Please confirm your email address with your Club Avenue Relationship Manager and download the PAKT app to get started!

Validity:

Valid for 6 months from account activation; email reminder 2 weeks before expiration.

Additional Items:

PAKT will offer a 15% discount to the client for any items added to their storage beyond the 20 items of storage from Lee Gardens exclusive gift.

Continuation of Service:

PAKT will offer a 15% discount, redeemable with a code should Lee Gardens clients wish to continue with PAKT beyond 6 months.

Collections & Deliveries Services:

• Unlimited complimentary collection-only service for storage (within gifted capacity)
• Unlimited complimentary same-day combination collection & delivery services
• 2 complimentary deliveries-only each month from storage, additional deliveries charged at HKD$99 per delivery plus any parking and toll fees if applicable
• Next-day deliveries are available if requested before 4PM
• Same-day deliveries booked by 11am can be arranged in emergency with a surcharge of $199 + any tolls and parking fees (not covered by Lee Gardens)

Payments

Lee Gardens has gifted the 20-item storage package. Dry cleaning, additional deliveries and other services are not included. Clients will need to input their credit card details once logged in so PAKT can charge your credit card on file once additional services and/or invoices have been agreed/provided. At no time will your card be charged without your approval.

Insurance

PAKT covers both in-transit insurance and warehouse/facility insurance against water and fire damage and theft. Items stored by PAKT are not covered by any insurance beyond PAKT’s own insurance coverage with CHUBB. Please refer to PAKT terms and conditions for comprehensive details on insurance, claims and liability.
